With over 30 years of professional experience in the field of IT Infrastructure Management, my core strength is in building world class competencies in niche technology areas, with IT Service Management and Automation being the focus since 2005. I led the practice for these services at two of industry’s leading SI’s and created service offerings that opened up large markets and resulted in business from several large global enterprises.
Went entrepreneurial in 2015 and founded Punch IT with my partners and have been part of an exhilarating journey since then. At Punch IT we offered services and unique product/platform solutions based on ServiceNow platform.
Ashish Walavalkar is a seasoned technology leader with 25+ years of experience in IT industry. Ashish has worked with multiple IT MNCs and during his tenure has worked in several geographies, playing different roles.
Ashish has been leading ITSM tools practice for large Indian SIs for over a decade. He has helped clients right from writing business case for ITSM implementation, evaluation and selection of ITSM tool, program manage new process and tool implementation for large banks, large Telcos, Large Retail customers cutting across the globe.
In 2015 Ashish founded Punch IT along with his industry colleague in order to provide technical leadership in the space of ITSM tools implementation, especially ServiceNow. In his current role Ashish covers entire operation of Punch IT from Pre-sales to post implementation support and operations support for ServiceNow.

An ITIL Expert, SAFe Practitioner and TOGAF certified Enterprise Architect specializing in ITSM Strategy and Improvement programs, Cloud management platforms and Application management solutions. I have over 15 years of experience in various ITSM toolsets; ServiceNow being the major one. My experience ranges from large scale transformation programs to operational improvement projects covering clients from different geographies such as ANZ, Asia and America.
